Tell us about your business. What lead you to this career and what can couples expect when working with you?

I have more than 20 years’ experience managing high-end corporate events at a national institution (which were attended by royalty, high ranking politicians and A list stars). My passion for romance – in particular weddings – lead me to train at Civil Ceremonies Ltd., gaining a nationally recognised qualification, and I'm now a noted London wedding celebrant. My unique and heartfelt service consists of writing, designing and delivering bespoke wedding ceremonies with a portfolio including renewal of vows, same-sex weddings and elopements.

What makes me different is my authenticity and passion for romance and weddings. I use my life experiences in a caring manner to show my clients that I am committed to giving them the best possible ceremony. I'm transparent in all that I do and my knowledge of the history and processes of marriage enable me to advise them of the steps to getting married in a calm, clear and concise way, ensuring the client a stress-free experience with peace of mind at its core. Not only am I a genuinely loving person, I actually love what I do. It's my gift, every ceremony is from my heart to theirs and brings me personal joy and satisfaction.

Recently I was named as the celebrant who will design, write and deliver the wedding celebration ceremony for NHS key workers that won a competition in Hello Magazine - in collaboration with Bridelux - for a dream wedding. I'm also listed as a recommended celebrant at prestigious venues such as Blenheim Palace, the Savoy Hotel, and Bodleian Library.

How can a celebrant help to make an intimate micro wedding more special?
A celebrant-led wedding is more intimate and special by its very nature. With the story of the couple's relationship at the heart of the ceremony, in a setting attended by immediate family and close friends, it is beautiful.

What's your top tip for couples planning a wedding?
- Have a wedding budget and stick to it.
- Hire wedding suppliers that you have a connection with and trust them to take care of bringing your dream wedding – the one you have carried in your heart and mind – to life.
