Eight London openings you might have missed
After a couple of years of cancelled plans (no one mention Covid) 2022 was certainly a year of new...
Get a slice of the action as London's Happy Face Pizza, unveil the latest addition to the family, the Happy Face Pizza Truck. After the first truck was sadly stolen away last year, the pizza maestros are back on the road, popping up across Happy Face Pizza sites and available to hire for private events, parties and festive celebrations.
Striking yellow in colour, the Piaggio pizza truck - nicknamed Isabella – serves a concise menu of Neapolitan-style pizzas created by Executive Chef, Mario Mastrangelo.
Made to order and cooked in the wood-fired oven on the back of the converted truck, expect a puffy light dough and punchy flavours, made using a 72-hour dough ferment for that light and fluffy crust. Ready to grab and go, options include a classic Margherita and Funghi with tomato, mushrooms, mozzarella, taleggio and artichoke, to the Rucola with mozzarella, rocket, prosciutto crudo and parmesan or the Salsiccia with tomato, Neapolitan sausage, friarelli, chilli and mozzarella.
For private hire, there is also the option to fully-personalise pizza toppings for your event, including vegetarian and vegan options. Keep your eyes peeled as the Happy Face Pizza Truck will be popping up across its three sites at Kings Cross, Victoria and Brent Cross.
For your own pizza party action, the truck is now available to book for events, Christmas parties, weddings and other celebrations, with a range of packages and menu options. Simply email events@happyface.pizza for more details.
