Discover Birley Chocolate's newest opening

Birley Chocolate is delighted to announce its opening in the heart of Chelsea Green, a charming enclave already home to several of London’s finest gourmet food stores, including Birley Bakery. The store will offer delicious treats, perfect for gifting to loved ones.

Birley Chocolate is a partnership between well-known club owner Robin Birley and his Executive Pastry Chef Vincent Zanardi, who has worked closely with Robin since 2012. Alongside exceptional bread and pastry – available to enjoy at Birley Bakery since 2023 – chocolate has been a hallmark of Birley establishments such as 5 Hertford Street and Oswald’s. This latest venture brings Robin and Vincent’s long-held dream of sharing these chocolates in-store and online with nationwide delivery to life. 

One of Birley Chocolate’s signatures is its beautiful boxes containing 12, 24 or 48 chocolates adorned with a design echoing the shop’s interior. “The intention was to create a chocolate that’s one of a kind, something distinct and elegant,” Zanardi explains. As synonymous with all Birley produce, the recipes use the fi nest ingredients sourced with the utmost care from Vincent’s long-standing suppliers worldwide.
